23.06.2014

Bokwa a brand new group fitness system, uses numbers and letters to produce a free-tempo work out. The software has been used by kids as young as 4 and grownups.

Bokwa does not have any choreography or counting steps, but the application draws from African dancing and boxing plays to join flexibility, strength training and cardio conditioning.

Created by accredited fitness educator Paul Mavi, the name comes from a mixture of two words, Bo, which stands for kwa, which symbolizes the traditional African dancing Kwaito and light boxing.

Party is an interactional occasion with instruments, music, dancing, theatre, poetry and craft actions directed by members.

Accredited Bokwa teachers Julius Matito and Kathi Gaber GabKat will direct an opening course at 4:45 p.m. for festivalgoers of all ages.
